This Policy uses the same definitions as set out in our Terms of Service.

Individuals under the legal age to form a binding contract are required to have their parent or legal guardian read and consent to this Privacy Policy on their behalf.

Personal Identifying Information

We do not collect personal identifying information from users. However, please ensure that your Minecraft and Discord username or any content you provide does not include personally identifiable information, such as your real name, email address, or other contact details.
For our shop, we use polar.sh. They process the payments for us and may collect Personal Identifying Information. See their Privacy Policy

User Data and Retention

The following user data is collected and retained for as long as your account is active with Ranked Bridge. Some of this data is provided directly by you, some is assigned by the system, and some is indirectly obtained through your interactions with the service:

  • Third-party account information: Data from or about linked accounts, such as account identifiers and usernames, are collected to verify your identity, link accounts, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

  • Account and profile information: Details about your account, including roles, status, and entitlements, are used to manage your account, provide access to features, and personalize your experience.

  • Transaction information: Records of your transactions, including purchases and payment activity, are kept to process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and provide customer support.

  • Regional and device information: Data about your geographic region and device settings, such as timezone and locale preferences, is used to provide content, features, and notifications appropriate for your region and device.

  • Service usage and activity information: Information regarding your use of the service, including gameplay activity, support interactions, and other account-related activity, is collected to improve the service, monitor for abuse, maintain service integrity, and provide ongoing account support.

Indefinite Retention of Certain Records

  • Records of your transactions, including purchases and payment activity, are retained to maintain accurate billing, support dispute resolution, and comply with legal and financial obligations.

  • Game history, rankings, and contributions to matches are retained, even after account deletion, to preserve match records, maintain fair and consistent gameplay for other users, and protect the integrity of the game.

3. Your Rights

3.1. Right to be Forgotten

You can request account deletion by creating a support ticket on our Server. Requests are processed within 30 days, and confirmation will be sent to you via Discord DM. Some data may be anonymized instead of deleted. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access or use our services.

3.2. Right of Access

You may request a copy of your data by creating a support ticket on our Server.
Requests are handled within 30 days (or up to 60 for complex cases).
Excessive requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee.

3.3. Right to Rectification

If data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, contact us via a Discord ticket.
We aim to resolve such requests within 30 days.

4. Data Protection

Ranked Bridge takes precautionary steps to protect user data.

  • Some data is stored on Discord, secured with role-based access control and permissions.

  • Staff are strongly advised to enable 2FA; moderation and admin actions require it.

  • Most user data is stored securely in our own databases, which are protected by firewalls and network security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Breaches

We believe in full transparency.
Any data breaches will be disclosed to affected users.

6. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers

Ranked Bridge may share limited data with trusted third parties for performance, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Matches from Ranked Bridge are played on the Scrims Network Minecraft Server.

6.3. ipinfo.io

We use ipinfo.io to infer timezone and locale preferences during registration. Your IP address is used only for this purpose and is not permanently stored or logged in our systems. Consult their Privacy Policy for more information.
